Breakfast on Vieques Island
Rates at the Vieques hotels
and guest houses listed here range from about $70 a night
to more than $400 a night, which may or may not include the 9% room tax.
If you're staying at an apartment rental there is a 7% room tax. This means that
your choices start at a comfortable room with a ceiling fan
and and go to very stylish accommodations indeed. Kitchenettes are available at some
properties and other amenities include pools, tennis courts and on-site
restaurants.
Creature comforts are a matter taste, need and affordability.
Even basic Vieques accommodations are clean and well kept. We have
noted handicapped accessibility if available. Some of the inns are located on the beach or across the street from
the beach, while others are high in the hills with spectacular views
and inviting pools.
