In the 80's,
we knew a couple from Massachusetts who came to Vieques for the winter with
two suitcases; one full of bathing suits, shorts and tank tops, the other
full of paperback books.
Vieques has
come a long way in providing a variety of ways to unwind aside from "the
beach", which was the original, and is still the best,
attraction----hands down.
