There are many Restaurants, Eateries and
Bars in Vieques. You can find everything from Rice & Beans to Sushi.
They're all great, if you happen to like simple food, meat dishes, rich food
and fried food. But cuisine in Vieques is much more than that. There is
Puerto Rican Haute Cuisine, and Caribbean Cuisine. There are Steak Houses,
Burger Joints and Spanish Restaurants. Many restaurants serve lunch
and dinner, others serve dinner only, and some are open all day until the
wee hours. And yes there is vegetarian fare in many of these. And the
roadside stands serve some local fare not to be missed, and dishes you won't
find anywhere else on the island. So go out, explore, and enjoy the great
