Kayaking in Vieques
Ocean kayaking in Vieques is easy to master, even
for beginners, and a great way to spend at least part of the day. Isla
Vieques has numerous cays, reefs and mangroves to explore by kayak and a number
of tour operators to choose from.
Don't forget the SUNSCREEN! And remember,
if it seems really easy paddling out, it's probably going to be a lot harder
coming back. Take is easy and pace yourself. It can be great fun for
all ages and levels of ability.
Kayaking is also a great way to experience Vieques' Bioluminescent Bay at night.
