The Passenger Ferry books one-way passage only. The cost is $2.00 per person. It is advised to be there early. The ferry usually begins loading 30 minutes prior to departure. 

Pets are not allowed on the passenger ferry. You are normally allowed to whatever you can carry. Bicycles must go on the Cargo ferry also.  The ride is about 90 minutes.

The Cargo Ferry sometimes leaves early, sometimes late. Passengers are allowed except when they are carrying flammable liquids or at the discretion of the captain. Automobile reservations are the lowest priority and may be refused.

It is recommended that you make reservations well in advance. Better yet, rent a vehicle in Vieques.

Animals must travel in carriers on the ferry and loose cargo will be directed by the crew during or after vehicle loading.

The ride is a leisurely one and takes about 2+ hours. Bring your sunscreen!

CARS/CARGO TRANSPORTATION
One way car transportation fee for a small car is $15, for a medium size car is $19 (this fee includes the drivers ticket). Passengers pay the $2/person fee in addition to the car fee. For Cargo reservations call at least two months in advance from 8 AM to 11 AM and from 1 PM to 3PM:
