This is the answer from Cafe Press website:
It sounds like you may have your privacy settings
too high, and some of our pages within our site require cookies to be
accepted. Mainly 3rd party cookies. To fix this problem, please follow
the instructions below:
For cookies in Internet Explorer, go to tools, internet options, then
privacy. The slider will range as follows: Accept All Cookies (low) to
From original party only (high). In order to view some of our pages
within our site, the cookie settings MUST be set to the lowest setting,
Accept all cookies. You should now be able to add an item to your
shopping cart and have it appear on the screen. If you still are have a
problem, please call customer service at our toll-free number for
assistance.

If you are having trouble purchasing in Cafe Press
as I did, try this:
In Internet Explorer go to "TOOLS" and
choose "Internet Options"

Once in "Internet Options", Choose the
PRIVACY tab and with your mouse "left Click on the "ADVANCED" button,
which I circled in red below.

Once in there, put a check mark in "Override
Automatic cookie handling" and fill the Accept button for first and
third party cookies.

If that doesn't work, get back to me. If it does

I'm sorry about this. It seems to be a regular
occurrence on a few of my friends computers, but I can't duplicate it on
mine.
