There are numerous private homes, villas, cottages, and
apartments for rent by the week,
from small and inexpensive to spacious and
spectacular. Just give us a call or email with your
dates, number in your party, and an idea of what you want in terms of space and
price
or scroll down to see houses which increase in size (studio to multi unit
complexes) as you scroll down. We will
assist with your car rental reservations (about $50-$80/day), assist with
travel details and pick you up on arrival!!

To make a reservation, we must have a
credit card number. After we set you up with a reservation, a check for 1/2 of the total must be
sent, by priority mail the following day, in order to reach Vieques in 3-5 days.
If it is not received or other arrangements made, the charge will be made to the
credit card number given plus a 5% service charge. A Rental Agreement and
Confirmation/Invoice will be sent to you and the balance due is requested 4
weeks prior to your arrival. Security deposit of $500 is required and will be
held with the credit card number and authorization.
Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the
deposit only if the unit is re-rented. Any cancellation within 30 days will be
refunded 50% of the TOTAL and ONLY if the rental week is replaced by another
rental! Otherwise, NO refund. Any other circumstance will still require a
minimum $250 charge for administrative costs. Prices quoted are cash prices,
credit card payments are +5%. We prefer all payment in advance by check! All of
these rentals have a fully equipped kitchen and 1 or more bathrooms. The

Pre-arrival shopping could be arranged for a $50 charge, if time permits. Christmas, New Year's and February vacation weeks are the busiest 4 weeks on the island and fill up early. Prices for Holiday weeks are higher. Houses with pools go 1st!! Prices quoted here are per week in season (Nov 15 - May 15). Extra days can be prorated. Arrivals are accepted any day of the week depending on availability. Holiday arrivals (Christmas Day, New Year's Day, etc.) will be charged an additional $50. Off season rates are somewhat negotiable and are available May 15 - Nov. 15 and may be arranged with a four (4) night minimum plus a cleaning charge. All prices are subject to change. A 7% Room Tax is added to all rental rates.
