180 views of the Atlantic Ocean, Puerto Rico and Culebra. The house is

interior living space with high ceilings, lots of windows and great
tropical breezes. The entrance level contains a larger foyer, 3 guest
bedrooms, laundry room and bath. A center staircase takes you up to the
second level foyer that opens on to an open living room and dining room
with adjacent kitchen, den with TV, master bedroom with bath, 3 guest
bedrooms and 2 baths. The dining room and master bedroom open on to a
large comfortable balcony for taking in the great view.
In addition, located on the lower level, there is 1100 sq. ft of covered
outdoor living steps from a delightful new pool, where you can have
cocktails, cook a meal and dining, or just relax reading a book.
