Casa Vaca is a new home, with a wrap around veranda, located
in the "countryside" of Vieques, in Puerto Real, in a tranquil and
private setting. The house overlooks cow pastures and forests with a
view of the "big island" of Puerto Rico in the distance.
The house is fully outfitted for your comfort with a well-equipped
kitchen, microwave, refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher, blender, etc., washer and dryer. All of the
appliances are new, clean and function well. There are trash barrels,
with twice weekly pickup from the house. The house has its own cistern
so water is not a problem. There is separate hot water for each area of
the house and great water pressure. The pool is a great place to rest
and relax and you will use the screened-in porch day and night, while
you listen to the CD player.
The three bedrooms have one king sized bed, one queen sized bed and one
set of twins, with a converter to make it a king. Each bedroom has its
own bath, each with an indoor/outdoor shower and a special view. There
are extra towels, and sheets and blankets for those cool evenings. The
whole house has ceiling fans, so there is always a breeze.
For the beach, there is a cooler, beach chairs, and towels are
plentiful. There is a barbeque grill for use at the house. There is also
a TV and a VCR.
