Located on a quiet 200 foot hilltop 300 yards from
the Caribbean, this romantic 3 bedroom villa sleeps six. It is
surrounded by mature palm trees, flowering plants, and a wall with gates
which provides complete privacy and security. We have off street
parking.
There is a beautiful concrete swimming pool (15'x30'), a wet bar and an
outdoor shower. You can swim in complete seclusion. The sunshine is
abundant from early morning until sunset. An exquisite coconut palm
emerges gracefully out of the Italian tiled deck surrounding the pool.
There is also a hammock where you can simply relax under the shade of
the palm tree and read the book that you've been
thinking
about or just close your eyes and day dream.

We recently constructed a roof walk which provides 360 degree views of
the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Culebra, and the hills of
Vieques. Watching the sunrise and the sunset over the sea is a
spectacular experience. Star gazing is a must.
Upstairs there is a Master Bedroom with a private full bath and a Guest
Bedroom with a private full bath, both of which can be converted from 2
King Sized Beds to Extra Long Twin Sized beds, depending on what you
desire.
Downstairs there is an air-conditioned private suite which includes a Queen sized bed,
full bath, sitting and dining area and kitchen. There is also a screened
in porch facing West where you can relax with a good book on those lazy
afternoons and evenings. It has private access to the pool.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly
need. Whether it's a dinner party that you're planning or just a casual
meal, you are sure to be satisfied. We have all new appliances including
a dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks the Great Room which leads out to
the large screened in porch that faces West with a teak dining room
table and sitting area. In the
evenings you can expect to have meals by candle light while experiencing
Mother Nature in all of her glory.
The town of Isabel Segunda is a 10 minute walk along the North Coast
Road or a short drive. Everything you need is at your fingertips:
restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ATM and Post
Office.
