This two level, three bedroom, tropical house is set on one acre in the
most beautiful and secluded area of Vieques called El Pilón, just
minutes from the spectacular and unspoiled white sand beaches of the
southern shore and the charming village of Esperanza. Everywhere you’ll
find tropical flowers, lush green foliage, wild horses and amazing views
of the ocean from a very tranquil and calm environment in the middle of
a countryside hill.
There are three bedrooms upstairs; a master bedroom with a beautiful
queen size sleigh bed with en suite full bath, and the other two
bedrooms have wooden bunk beds that accommodate four people in each
room. All rooms have air conditioning. Between these two bedrooms there
is a full bath. There is a large
kitchen fully equipped next to the
dining, living and family rooms. The kitchen opens to a large
balcony/terrace which has spectacular views of the countryside and the
south shore of Esperanza as well as a dining and sitting area and a
Webber gas grill. In the lower level there is a bathroom and an outside
shower very useful when returning from the beach. The house also has a
laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Other amenities include a Bose SoundDock Digital Music System for IPOD,
two TV’s with DVD and Direct TV, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella
and cooler.
Activities nearby include swimming, boating, sailing, snorkeling, sea
kayaking, biking, hiking, nature walks, eco-tours, fine and casual
dining, bar hopping, pier fishing or fly fishing. Also,
Vieques has one
of the most spectacular Bioluminescent Bays in the world.
We will meet visitors at the airport, help with car rental arrangements,
give you an introduction to the island and show you the way to the
house. If you prefer we can even arrange in advance for delivery of
provisions by request and/or housekeeping services for an additional
charge.
