Welcome to our "birthday" house on the beautiful
Caribbean island of Vieques.

One bedroom, 1000 sq. ft. house with 10 foot
ceilings, airy and light throughout, located at the end of a quiet road in the
foothills of the island. Marble floors, microwave/convection oven, washer/dryer,
five ceiling fans. We overlook the Monte Santo neighborhood, with one house
behind us and, above that, grazing land to the islands ridge line.
Our covered and garden level balconies provide
the perfect spots to relax. Manicured lawn faces jungle full of local fruits and
flowers. Puerto Rico and Ocean views from anywhere in the house. Only 10
minutes
by car to any of the secluded beaches and coral reefs of the island. Beach
chairs, towels and a cooler are in the house for your use.
You'll be met by our cordial caretaker who will
greet you and bring you to the house. Rental cars
are available on the island
and you should plan on booking one as early as possible. Ask our caretaker about
the best snorkeling sites and other local attractions.
The house is sized to accommodate either a couple
or 3 person family in the main studio (queen size sofa bed in living room for
the additional person), or a second couple in the detached bedroom with bath
across a breezeway.
|
$750 per week in season for the studio alone.
Add $100 to include the detached bedroom.
