CASITA PLAYA is a comfortably furnished, self-standing studio
with views of the Atlantic. We are conveniently located one block from
the main street of Isabel II on a quiet, dead-end street. You are a
four-minute walk to Sea Glass Beach, the ferry and the restaurants,
supermarket, bars and shops of Isabel II (including a bike rental shop)
and its new, large plaza, which is also a free WiFi hotspot. You could
enjoy your stay in Vieques without renting a car! View the Atlantic
Ocean sunsets from the plaza above the beach and just 30 yards from your
front door.
 CASITA
PLAYA will surprise you. Unassuming from the outside, the recently
renovated inside is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Two
interior walls give you privacy in the bedroom from the dining and
living areas. The queen size bed has a new, firm mattress. The bathroom
and kitchen appliances, large air conditioner and dining and living area
furniture and iHome for any model iPod are all brand new. Solar heated
water gives you a dependable supply of hot water.
 Some
of CASITA PLAYA’s amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay include
the following:
- Ceiling fans and large AC to keep you cool
- Beach towels and chairs
- Beach cooler and snorkeling equipment
- Large charcoal grill
- Fully equipped kitchen that includes a full stock of pots, pans,
baking pans, glassware, wine glasses, serving pieces, utensils,
mixing bowls, etc.

 If
you need to be picked up at the airport or driven to a rental car
agency, our property manager can do so for a modest fee.
Check the on-line calendar to view available dates. A 50% deposit is
required at time of booking, balance is due 15 days before arrival.
Payment by check or PayPal is accepted. A separate $250 security deposit
check will be required with balance payment and returned within
30 days of departure, upon inspection of the house.
