Welcome to Casa Sandia in Vieques

A spectacular, two year old architect designed home, perched high on a hill overlooking the ocean, with breath taking 180 degree views to Puerto Rico, Culebra and St. Thomas. High ceilings, four decks, ceiling fans, and windows everywhere. There are four bedrooms (two with A/C, one, great for families, with two twin bunk beds) and two baths.
There is a new pool that has just been completed in 2004.

It's a short, two minute walk down either side of the hill to two secluded beaches (cooler, beach towels and beach chairs included).
[The arrow in the photo on the left denotes the path to the beach shown in the photo on the right.]

Later, take a charming outdoor shower, relax in a hammock or barbeque in the cool, shaded lanai or dine on the front deck that stretches the length of the house, or enjoy cocktails and extraordinary sunsets on the roof deck.

The House is fully equipped, with satellite TV, VCR, Stereo with CD library, refrigerator, with ice dispenser, microwave, washer/dryer, telephone with answering machine, and ADT security system.

Located between the airport and the town of Isabel Segunda, Casa Sandia is a mile from the five star amenities of Martineau Bay, and a ten minute drive to Vieques' world famous beaches and Bio Bay, yet serene and secluded, with wild horses often grazing in the pasture below our beautifully landscaped, fenced, half acre property.
