designed villa, located mid-island among the breezy rolling hills of the
Destino Region of Vieques. The villa shares its 4 acres, with the fish
and wildlife preserve, giving it the feeling of having 40,000 acres to
view and enjoy. The villa has a very romantic, private feel to it and upon arrival
one quickly forgets their worries
and
stress of everyday life. Wild horses that roam freely about the island
outnumber all cars. The vast property with its lush terrain is
ideally suited for relaxing hikes among the breezy hills, or simply
kicking
back on the deck and enjoying your favorite drink, supervising
the wind. Casa Nueva Vida is conveniently located between Isabela
Segunda and Esperanza, in the Destino neighborhood, one of Vieques most
desirable sections. The entrance to Vieques most spectacular beaches is
only about 1 mile drive.
Casa Nueva Vida was thoughtfully
conceived with your comfort and pleasure in mind. The large airy kitchen
is well equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,
dishwas
her and all the utensils one might need. A large granite island,
with 6 seats is located in front of the kitchen for dining or relaxing.
Two French doors open up on the adjacent side of the kitchen to an
outdoor dining/drinking area with a beautiful table next to the
herb/fruit garden. The villa is furnished exotically with custom
tropical decor consisting of Indonesian, Mexican and African furniture.
The casa consists of 2 large bedrooms, the master with a private
bathroom and king size bed and the second room with two separate queen
size beds
. Both rooms contain A/C.
The home comfortably sleeps 6 people.
An additional queen size air mattress is available to sleep an extra 2
persons. Ceiling fans are found throughout the entire house, and 6
French doors open to a spectacular viewing deck. The casa was designed
with a very open airy living space. A 30 foot by 12 foot deck is the
perfect setting for dramatic sweeping views of the green hills, Bio-Bays
and awesome sunsets over Vieques' Caribbean Sea. The large deck has
numerous outdoor patio teak furniture and 2 separate locations for
dining/outside under the stars. A large stainless steel gas grill is
provided for your enjoyment. When in season, coconut, mangoes, passion
fruit and lemons can all be picked from the deck and surrounding areas.
