Casa de Queso is a two bedroom home located in Esperanza on the
Caribbean side (south)
of Vieques. Built on the high side of Esperanza,
it is a short, 5-minute, downhill walk to the waterfront where you can
access beaches, gift shops and wonderful open air restaurants.
Casa de Queso originally served as a year round home, but now it
provides vacationers with a home away from home setting. It has two
bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining room area, all cooled by
ceiling fans. There is also a laundry facility and a garage for your
rental car.
In one bedroom there is a queen size bed, closet, large dresser, and TV
with DVD player. The other
bedroom has two full sized beds, dresser,
armoire, and serves as a sitting room with sofa, chair, and TV with VCR
player.
The kitchen area is equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee pot,
toaster, grill, blender, and microwave oven. The dining area has a
round, wood table and chairs, buffet, and a reading chair.
Outside there is a 10 x 10 ft screened casita furnished with either
lounge chairs or a hammock to catch up on your reading or napping. There
is also an outside shower to provide a quick rinse when you return from
the beach.
Our home is set up for your pleasure. We try to provide everything you
will need for an enjoyable stay including towels, beach chairs, coolers,
snorkel equipment and a phone for local use.
