Bravos House
is a newly constructed 2 bedroom home on the North Shore Road of Vieques
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring islands of
Culebra, St. Thomas and main island Puerto Rico.
Bright and breezy, with beautiful views, the house is ideally set up for
2 couples as the lower level is a complete suite with its own bath
and kitchenette. It is furnished with twin beds that can be joined to a
king if requested.
On
the main floor the bedroom has a queen size bed and opens out onto a
private patio with a tropical garden shower. A fully equipped
modern kitchen and BBQ make entertaining a breeze and
the
laundry room means light packing for your trip. The living room opens
out onto a covered porch for dining and relaxing while watching the
swaying palms and blue water. Out in the large yard you can pick limes
for your beverage or, if the wild horses haven’t eaten them, bananas for
your breakfast.
Across the road is “La Chata” beach, which the locals call “surfers
beach”. A long stretch of white sand, it is perfect for beachcombing or
watching the surfers skim over the reef tops. On calm days it is great
snorkeling spot.
Bravos
House is a short drive or leisurely stroll into the ferry
town of Isabel Segunda for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Vieques is
such a fascinating island with dozens of secluded beaches, historic
sites, sailing and fishing charters, great bars and restaurants, and the
amazing phosphorescent bio-bay that it is always a tough decision on
whether to relax or explore!
