This charming, 2-bedroom, fully-furnished house
is located on the Southern Caribbean side of Vieques in the
waterfront village of Esperanza -
one of Puerto Rico's Spanish Virgin Islands.
The house sleeps 3-4 adults. It has an airy porch, high ceilings, fans, tiled
floors, and 1 1/2 baths. It also has a wonderful large
gourmet kitchen with 2 sinks & 2 stove tops and one oven for when you wish to
prepare meals at home or entertain guests for brunch or cocktails. Nearby local
convenience store, just steps away, for milk, beer, eggs, coffee, and household
staples. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than a
1/4 mile from the waterfront, it is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants
and bars.
The house is rented by the week (7 days) at the rate of $850 per week and
$125 per day for any time beyond the first week. House is rented for a minimum
stay of 1 week.
