Alegre (Joy) is a comfortably furnished, one-bedroom apartment situated mid-island on a very private, fully fenced-in, one-acre parcel in the hills of Vieques, Puerto Rico. The rolling, beautifully manicured, island property has numerous fruit trees that include mango, banana, star fruit, avocado, coconut, cashew, lime, grapefruit and gum. There is always a pleasant cooling breeze to keep you comfortable.

Alegre sleeps four. The bedroom has a queen bed and in the living area there is a queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of room in the sitting area of the bedroom, in the living area and outside on the patio to relax, dine, read, enjoy a conversation, to play one of the many games on hand or to just take in the beauty of the pastoral property. Alegre is perfect for a couple due to its private setting or ideal for a small family. Miles of beautiful beaches with turquoise water and white sand, interesting shopping, tasty restaurants, fun bars, historic sights and last but not least Morales supermarket are only minutes away.

When you arrive, our property manager will meet you at the airport or ferry dock, accompany you to your rental car agent and will be happy to make a snack stop before escorting you to Alegre. She will also provide you with a copy of Vieques Events, a map of Vieques and make recommendations on what to see and where to go. So ask away! If during your stay you require other assistance she will be glad to help. So leave your cares behind and enjoy your stay at Alegre.
