Garcia Beach
This sweet little cove was a favorite of ours, almost guaranteed
to have no one on it when we lived on Vieques in the 80's and 90's.
Only trouble was, the road tended to be impassable after the rains.
As of this writing, a new path is planned to allow access from Red
Beach. The road itself may be closed -- first right after entering
the Wildlife Refuge, formerly known as Camp Garcia. Adjacent
to Red Beach, one cove to the west.
